Stephen A. Raub

President of IRC, Mr. Raub earned an M.A. degree from Pepperdine University. He served 11 years as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. Licensed as a Texas Real Estate Broker, he has served as Director of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, Chairman of the Commercial Investment Division of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, and Director of the Texas Association of Realtors. He has been a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 1988. He is also a regular member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC.)
