Connie P. Raub

Since 1975 Investment Realty Company, L.C. (IRC) has been actively involved in the Commercial Real Estate Industry with millions of dollars in sales, leasing, and property management revenues generated.  On July 1, 2021, IRC decided to partner with Foresite Commercial Real Estate and simplify the services offered by the Company.  At this time, IRC transferred all of its Property Management, Sales and Leasing, and Buyer/Tenant Representation Assignments to Foresite Commercial Real Estate.  Connie Raub joined with Foresite to assist in this transition.

After a full year assisting in the transition of the former IRC assignments to the Foresite Commercial Real Estate team, Connie Raub, has once again rejoined Investment Realty Company, L.C. full time.  Connie will serve Investment Realty Company as its Executive Vice President.  In this role, she will assist Steve Raub with his listings and Investment Programs and oversee the operations of the Company.

Currently, she is a member of the following organizations: San Antonio Greater Chamber of Commerce, National Assn. of Realtors (NAR), Texas Assn. of Realtors (TAR), South Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (STCAR), Real Estate Council San Antonio (RECSA), and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
